I've declined the speedy deletion nomination of your user page, as it appears to be an attempt to expand the existing Riza Lushta Stadium article. I would recommend moving the page to User:Itsbn007/Riza Lushta Stadium instead; user sub-pages are the best place to work on such "works-in-progress" until you're ready to copy the updated material to the main article. I am aware of the UEFA stadium categories. Other pages that reference this information do not do so using a star rating system. I would recommend just writing, in text, "UEFA category 4 stadium".
