Information icon Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Fernand Bergmann, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you! Information icon Please do not add or change content, as you did at Fernand Bergmann, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Wikipedia policy does not allow restoring of content removed because of lack of sources unless a reliable source can be provided. Breaking sticks (talk) 23:15, 27 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

You need sources for everything you add to wikipedia, if no sources exist for something, you cannot add it. Also, you must never make personal attacks like this[1]. Tornado chaser (talk) 04:14, 28 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

To be perfectly honest, I have high functioning autism. Sometimes it gets the best of me and I lose sight of how to interact in social situations and I lash out inappropriately. It’s a fault that I’m not proud of but I am doing my best to work on every day. I sincerely apologize to any editors that may have been affected by my disorder. I hope that I can be given a second chance to contribute collaboratively, and I promise that you will not regret granting me that opportunity. In regards to my edits: vandalism was not at all my intent and I am upset that vandalism was given as the reason for my block. I believed my edits to be quality contributions; however, no one stopped to explain the problems with my edits or offered any constructive feedback that would have helped me improve. Again, I hope that my initial mistakes can be forgiven and that this community can be accepting and tolerant of an editor with high functioning autism. Thank you, and please accept my apologies again. Harry Brownhole (talk) 05:31, 28 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

Perhaps it would have been more accurate to state you edited disruptively instead of vandalism, but the block is valid. It is concerning that here you stated something doesn't need a source because there are no sources for the claim; this is not true. Articles do not state what there is no evidence for; all claims(especially of someone's death or status) need a reliable source. You also edit warred to keep your content in an article instead of going to the talk page for discussion, and you made a personal attack when challenged on it.

I would also need more detail as to what steps you will take to prevent yourself from lashing out at other editors.

The blocking admin did not bring this up but I am also concerned about your username, which seems to refer to something inappropriate and would violate the username policy. If you make another unblock request, please suggest a new username at the same time by using the following template: {{Unblock-un|user=new username|reason=your reason here}}(copy and paste without the nowiki tags). I am declining your request. 331dot (talk) 09:30, 28 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
