Vandalism of Janjua Rajput article[edit]

Hi Harpreet,

With reference to your edits, I must stress to you that the article above has fully referenced and verifiable content. It is an article about the Janjua Rajput. If you have any contributions to make, you must provide the citation from the book which carries this information and then add it as a reference to your assertion. Wikipedia is an online encyclopedia and does not accept opinion or non referenced citations.

I am more than happy to work with you in this regard, but please do not vandalise an article that has pain stakingly taken years to make.

Best Wishes

Vandalism warning[edit]

You have vandalised the same Janjua Rajput article for the second time in one day, if this continues, you will be reported to an administrator. Please work with me to resolve this issue, it's clearly your choice, but I'd rather work with you than against you to resolve this.--~Raja~ (talk) 11:00, 8 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Let's try first to discuss it on the talk page. I changed the title to lowercase. No need to shout :) --Enric Naval (talk) 12:49, 8 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Rajput/Jatt change[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, adding content without citing a reliable source, as you did to Janjua rajput, is not consistent with our policy of verifiability. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. If you are familiar with Wikipedia:Citing sources, please take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you.

I see that you have been adding on Janjua and Janjua rajput information that implies that Muslim Rajputs are Jat people. However, you have provided no source for that information. I also see that you didn't attempt to discusse it on the talk page on the article after another editor undid your edits because of providing no sources.

Please go to Talk:Janjua rajput and explain there what sources you used for your changes so other editors can check the sources, thanks. --Enric Naval (talk) 12:46, 8 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
