2024 Bishkek riots moved to draftspace

Thanks for your contributions to 2024 Bishkek riots. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because it needs more sources to establish notability and Drafted as an alternative to deletion. Currently the event does not satisfy notability requirements, see WP:NEVENT, WP:NOTNEWS. Because this is a recent event, drafted to provide time to show WP:LASTING notability for the event..
