Do the 25% of Arabic speakers only use Hebrew names for politicians? Is there no Arabic on voting ballots? The only other nation I can think of with two official languages that have different writing systems and neither share writing systems with English is Sri Lanka, which do use all three languages for their politicians on en.wiki as seen here.
