July 2010[edit]

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. I noticed that your username, DPRKWiki, may not meet Wikipedia's username policy because it It appears as though you are trying to represent a group of people, and this is not allowed on Wikipedia.. If you believe that your username does not violate our policy, please leave a note here explaining why. As an alternative, you may file for a change of username, or you may simply create a new account and use that for editing. Thank you. --ANowlin: talk 15:49, 6 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, We strongly condemn this policy of Wikipedia. This user name is not representing anything or anybody it is just stating that we edit pages about the DPRK. Thank You, User:DPRKWiki

  • And please don't simply delete content. Between those kinds of edits and the above threats, you run the very real risk of a block. Just trying to help; please review this section. --PMDrive1061 (talk) 15:55, 6 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

That's it...[edit]

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for repeated abuse of editing privileges. If you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the text {{unblock|Your reason here}} below, but you should read our guide to appealing blocks first.

Trolling is not tolerated. Neither are joint accounts and attempts to represent yourself as an entire government. You've had ample opportunity to contribute meaningfully. --PMDrive1061 (talk) 15:58, 6 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, please unblock me. I'm very new to this you have accused me of too much. We are not a joint account, we have said no threats, and I are not attempting to represent a whole government. User:DPRKWiki

In this edit, you say "Greetings from the government of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (north Korea)". That certainly seems like you're representing the government. — Timneu22 · talk 16:11, 6 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Not to mention the plural pronoun "we." --PMDrive1061 (talk) 16:12, 6 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Okay it is just a word some people just talk that way, on my page it says "I". Tell me what threats I made also. User:DPRKWiki

I see that there is a rehab page for Wikipedia users I would like to join it please. Hello. User:DPRKWiki has contacted me via email and he wishes to appeal to his block. He says that he will change is his user name to a more appropriate one and he will not claim to represent a entire government. He has said that he never made any threats and did not mean to use plural noun 'We". Thank you and please unblock User:DPRKWiki, (Aerowikipedian (talk) 17:14, 19 July 2010 (UTC))[reply]
