Hi, thanks for your e-mail and sorry for the delay in responding. Institute of Certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka and Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka have been removed from Category:Professional associations based in Sri Lanka because they have been included in Category:Professional accounting bodies in Sri Lanka which is a sub-category of Category:Professional associations based in Sri Lanka. ArbCom 2017 election voter message

Hello, CBU001. Voting in the 2017 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23.59 on Sunday, 10 December. All users who registered an account before Saturday, 28 October 2017, made at least 150 mainspace edits before Wednesday, 1 November 2017 and are not currently blocked are eligible to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

• Twinkle doesn't have a good "reason" for blocking accounts that are used for promotion but aren't only used for promotion. I have not indeffed this user for adding spam links but persistently advertising a particular school.--Bbb23 (talk) 16:02, 12 July 2023 (UTC)

  I have created a Wikipedia non-existing page. If you visit this Wikipedia page, it mentioned this school name. Therefore I have created this page. Also I have added that school official website address. I didn't add any other 3rd party domains or websites links in this article. This ban is totally wrong.   Didn't you read what I wrote? I did not block you for adding spam links, so there's no point in you saying that you haven't done something you're not accused of doing. In addition, I didn't block you for the creation of a "non-existing page", but for the recreation of a page that was unambiguously promotional.--Bbb23 (talk) 16:34, 12 July 2023 (UTC)
