The two newspapers you referenced are generally pretty good for sources but the articles you've referenced are more about the company's owner than the company itself. They'd be reasonable references to demonstrate his notability but notability isn't inherited so this draft still doesn't have sufficient references to demonstrate the notability of the company itself.
It may seem odd that a quarter billion dollar company might be meet wikipedia notability guidelines but without enough reliable sources covering it in depth, it is difficult to include it here.

The company is a low-cost source of labour for clothing brands. When some of their workers tried to unionise, the union leaders were beaten. The Azim Group denied involvement. On 10 November 2015, someone caught one of the attacks on video. VF Corporation (a US apparel company) and a US labour rights organisation analysed the video, and concluded that it "showed that factory managers... directed" the attacks. Then several of the company's clients stopped placing orders. They came to terms, and production continued. This is what the secondary coverage is about.
The context for the corporate response is that in 2013, the US imposed trade sanctions on Bangladesh over unsafe working conditions. Funny how none of this made it into the article even though it's the sole topic of all the news coverage. At Wikipedia, we call that cherrypicking.
Since the last submission, the submitter added citations to Alexa and to The Daily Observer, a Bangladeshi newspaper. The Daily Observer coverage is largely a verbatim reproduction of the NYT article, but with less detail.

Hello! Thank you for your recent contributions to Mohammad Fazlul Azim. I did have one note for you. I am working on a maintenance project to clean up Category:Pages using infoboxes with thumbnail images. In the future, please do not use thumbnails when adding images to an infobox (see WP:INFOBOXIMAGE). What does this mean? Well in the infobox, when you specify the image you wish to use, instead of doing it like this:
Instead just supply the name of the image. So in this case you can simply do:
|image=SomeImage.jpg.
There will then be a separate parameter for the image caption such as |caption=Some image caption. Please note that this is a generic form message I am leaving on your page because you recently added a thumbnail to an infobox. The specific parameters for the image and caption may be different for the infobox you are using! Please consult the Template page for the infobox being used to see better documentation. Thanks!! A tag has been placed on File:MP Azim speech.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia.
