Hi Wikapedia! I am a tentative new user trying to start a new account. I keep getting this strange blocked IP message after hitting the submit button with a reference to some ip address 2600:387:8:F:0:0:0:0/64 that I've never heard of. (Possibly from my internet service provider) Like I said I would be interested in posting some articles in my writing field related to my published works throughout the US Library of Congress as well as 26 other countries as available on iBooks Amazon an many new and used book stores. Once again, there is no vandalism arising from my ip address as the record reflects my current tax status in good standing and works protected under the US Copyright Act as well as pertinent Title 42 Civil code. Could you please look into removing this block to my name and character affecting the concerned account set up. Sincerely, Elizabeth Bergman
