User Zxtxtxz is a broadly experienced business and industry professional, and former minor government official, with extensive formal education, licenses, certifications, awards and occupational experience in technology commerce and industry, in government, in media, and in education.

Particular emphasis in business, government, education, communications, aviation*(*details) and computers (with numerous official roles in each) -- but with a much wider background. Internationally noted journalist and historian, widely traveled and published.

Busy, with many responsibilities, and very little time for Wikipedia -- especially little time to get involved in Wiki-games, battles and politics. Prefer to contribute rather than combat. Have contributed thousands of edits to Wikipedia.

Prefers anonymity as Wikipedia editor to avoid pressures, expectations and complications resulting from acquaintances and colleagues in my circle of activity, which might otherwise cause strained relations, or even retaliation, in response to Zxtxtxz's objectivity, candor and disciplined informative efforts on Wikipedia.

Committed to neutral point of view (WP:NPOV), and meticulous documentation from appropriate, substantial and reliable sources (WP:RS)

Generally refrains from stating either side is wrong in a controversy where there is anything less than absolute scientific validation by a broad consensus of appropriate and thorough neutral research (sadly rare). Is not swayed by popular opinion, nationalism or other bias, favorite people, desirable fantasies, common assumptions or long tradition.

Trusts rigorus scientific research, hard evidence and neutral documents -- but makes some allowances for speculative notions (labeled as speculation) based in very logical reasoning.

Consistent with WP:IAR...

...strongly prioritizes substantive and valid INFORMATION

over

...technical and administrative PROTOCOL
"Good info is good, even if grammar and format is not;
And good grammar and format are pointless
if what you're saying is irrelevant, frivolous, subjective, or false."

Nevertheless, this editor makes concerted effort at good form, with attention to the most important elements of form and courtesy.

Respects fellow editors who demonstrate these same values -- with greatest admiration for those willing to admit when they are (or may be) wrong, or when they may be expressing assumptions or bias.

Appreciates and admires thoughtful editors acting with genuine good will to all.

Hopes his efforts make for greater wisdom and a better life for all.
