The reason

The reason there are these rules and guidelines for what's "notable" and what's a "reliable source" and all this other crazy stuff is to prevent things from devolving into chaos-dipped-in-spam with everyone and their pet gerbil Larry writing 500+ article series' about their personal life strategies based on their spirit guide's deeper insights into the gnostic mysteries of the last season of "Three's Company".
