I'm guessing - my earliest Wikipedia contributions could have been as early as 2001 or 2002. You didn't need an account to create and edit at that time. Remember going to a meeting and hearing about this crazy idea and jumping right in. I edited a couple of pages on online / distance education and created a couple of pages as well. That was when Wikipedia could not be used as a resource for any "serious" research or class assignment. WikiEducator since 2008.
