Wikipedia[edit]

First, Wikipedia is an amazing resource.  The amount of information available is very large, and it seems to be rather well organized since it's in this encyclopedia format.  I've found stuff on Wikipedia that I haven't been able to find elsewhere on the Internet.

My second point is regarding citations.  Wikipedia lacks them in a bad way.  Since Wikipedia has so much information because there are so many individual users with knowledge about so many various things, it'd be nice if one could take advantage of that by having it be a more reputable source.  As long as Wikipedia is so anonymous in nature and so void of citations, average users, let alone the academic types, won't rely on it for anything more than an interesting read.

I am also really interested in languages, so I occaisonally fiddle around in Wiktionary.  I like to make the Russian entries look better if I have the time (which I rarely do).

Simply out of curiosity on how to link to this kind of information, I've added a link to my contributions, which you can look at if you really want to.  I promise, they aren't anything special.
