After unblocking someone go to Special:IPBlockList and do a CTRL-F search on their name and unblock the autoblocked IP.

How to merge histories (sometimes better than cut-and-paste)

• Delete page A (the page whose title will be kept)
• Move page B to page A's title
• Delete page A again
• Undelete page A, including ALL of the history, which should be both articles' histories by now
• Delete redirect to page A
• Done

Defining harassment

Please see ArbCom ruling. This proposal was defeated:

" If an editor has made errors, it is often useful to check their contributions to see whether they have made similar errors in other articles, or with respect to other images. However, aggressively checking the logs of editors with whom you are in a dispute may constitute harassment."[1]

Non latin user names

It is suggested that users with non-Latin usernames provide a transliteration of their names with Latin characters by editing their Preferences, as a "patch" to accomodate those who might be unable to read their usernames, which can just appear as a row of small squares otherwise.
