From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Timothy Kline. Writer. Small Business Owner. Father. Husband. Writes on various subjects, ranging from life to faith.

He's best known in the internet community for publishing and expressing controversial views that challenged the institutionalized teachings of the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society. His efforts to bring to light various problems with the theology of Jehovah's Witnesses led to his being excommunicated from his congregation.

Today, Timothy lives in Perry, Michigan, where he continues to pursue theology, as well as studies in early Christianity. He also operates a website development business to assist small businesses and individuals in establishing an online presence. He supports the freedom of speech, but not the propagation of hate.

He has no political affiliation, no religious affiliation (although he does subscribe to most Christian-based tenets), and is strongly opposed to warfare in all its forms, but does accept self-defense as being required in rare circumstances.

Timothy's writings tend to reflect views that come across as anti-capitalist, pro-social, and "common sense" in scope. Given to the occasional rant-and-rave, his writings tend toward the cynical, based on his perception that while humans have made astonishing advances in medical, scientific, and technological fields, it has done very little to resolve our moral well-being as a race deserving of survival.

His participation on Wikipedia is primarily as an editor that corrects errors as he finds them in articles contributed by others, and he supports the open nature of Wikipedia as an online resource for information and research, but not as THE online resource due to sometimes errant information or statements making their way into the content.
