Option 1[edit]
- African Origins Project
- Article Evaluation
- Very short but with many sub-categories, although not many sources. This source is neutral and only aims to keep a database on knowledge about the African ancestors of the human race.
- Sources
- "New Website to Trace Origins of Enslaved Africans". Emory University. April 25, 2011. Archived from the original on January 5, 2020. Retrieved April 12, 2019.
Option 2[edit]
- Article title
- Recent African origin of modern humans
- Article Evaluation
- Lengthy and full of content, long bibliography. This article has clearly been worked on thoroughly and provides lots of information. This is expected, however, as the theory it argues for is the most widely accepted one regarding human origin. It is concerning, then, to see that it has earned a rating of C for such an in-demand topic
- Sources
- Too many to list
Option 3[edit]
- Article title
- Monogenism
- Article Evaluation
- This article also has plenty of content but focuses on the more human and cultural aspects of human ancestry. It has also received a rating of C and could use some qualitative improvement; also short on sources.

- Kung, Hans (Translated by John Bowden), The Beginning of All Things: Science and Religion, 2008, Wm. B. Eerdmans Publishing, ISBN 0802863590, 9780802863591
Option 4[edit]
- Article title
- Behavioral modernity
- Article Evaluation
- A lengthy piece on the difference between modern humans and their evolutionary predecessors, paying homage to the popular theory of human origin in modern-day Ethiopia. It still only has a C rating but shows promising insight.
