O: Medium; This looks to be in great shape, with plenty of B class articles, although getting it to fit cleanly into a topic is going to be difficult.
G: Medium; I can see getting these articles promoted to GA level within a year's time.
F: Very low; There are no FAs and only one GA to start with. I can't see this getting that much improvement in so little time.
P: High; I can work with this.
