Disclaimer on the humane treatment of animals[edit]

No animals were harmed during the creation of this page. Regretably, many vegetables, yeasts, and bacteria met with a rather ugly death. Various non-living animal products such as mammary secretions and ova had to be rendered for their energy as well.

Sorry, I don't generally reveal information about myself. I am already quite famous as it is, and the last thing I want is a bunch of drooling internet fanatics trying to get a digitally signed email from me.

Then again, you may find it useful to know that in the real world I am a mathematician.

I am also interested in politics. My favorite US president is Jimmy Carter. In fact I have met him personally.

  • Darboux derivative: Glad this article exists. Track down better references for it (Griffiths (1974) is one, Sternberg another), and de-peacock. Link from Maurer-Cartan and Cartan connection. BTW: Is this really due to Darboux? Silly rabbit 20:55, 1 June 2007 (UTC)
