I came across Ralf on the International Space Station article, where other editors had removed the links he had put into the article pointing to his own website. Unfortunately the links were not considered on their merits, but rather on conflict of interest. This probably is a good example of the problems that are outlined in the essay called Expert retention.

Mr Vandebergh has his own page now, but no longer edits on Wikipedia, however, he is open to the further inclusion of his notable images on the project. Penyulap _talk 05:44, 19 February 2012 (UTC)
