Heartfelt[edit]

The heartfelt change wasn't one I made, it was the result of an edit conflict. I simply hadn't reached that part of the article yet, but another editor changed it from "heartfelt" at the same time I was working on earlier parts of the article, so the latter edits (some of which were completely inaccurate anyway) were temporarily canceled out until I re-introduced the good ones in my last edit (though my restoration of "heartfelt" didn't show up as a change because you'd already made the same change). -Silence 14:29, 19 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I think you might be looking at this backwards. While I am somewhat sympathetic to your point that Chris Crocker suffers from bloat, your cuts removed a huge chunk of perfectly legitimate, sourced info. I think the burden of taking it to the talk page to seek consensus is mostly yours if you want to make cuts of that magnitude. --Proper tea is theft 22:43, 28 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Complaint, and a warning to others[edit]

I am unhappy with "Proper tee is theft"'s ( what kind of name is that? ) marking an article that I and a few others had spent hours on as a "Political Ad" and "Non Notable", and proposing it for deletion. He made no specific suggestions for improving it. I am not a wikipedia expert. In fact, this is my first attempt at creating an article. I would be happy to make any specific suggested changes. Instead, I get a cold shoulder and a big "Go Away" sign. His actions, if left uncorrected, make me seriously doubt I will be making future contributions to Wikipedia. The referenced article ( if not already deleted by the time you read this ) is (or was) Ron Paul Online Rally and Photo Mosaic. I have left my objections and rebuttals to "Proper tee is theft"'s actions on the talk page for the afore-mentioned article. I have challenged him to provide even ONE other example of an ever expanding photo mosaic with mouseover tooltips, or with 2000+ unique uploaded facial photos, and especially one for a political candidate (past or present).

I wonder if "Proper tee is theft" would consider my (Dan Libby) other technical contribution likewise non notable and worthy of deletion from WikiPedia? Go right ahead then!
