Add sentence[edit]

Summarise and cite the content of this article. Assume that you are adding a sentence on coming changes to Reggae Lane on the article for the Eglinton West neighbourhood.

The somewhat recently named Reggae Lane sits back from the major intersection Oakwood and Eglington. At one time a hub for Toronto's reggae scene, the lane has seen better days but clean up and restoration projects are underway to return it to its former glory. Residents are pleased and hope that it will once again become an important cultural hub and an integral part of Little Jamaica. However, many are worried that development projects, specifically the new LRT line, which is sure to bring developers hungry to capitalize on the opportunities for condos might detract from or steam roll Reggae Lane altogether [2]
