• recess appointments. First GWB, then Clinton. (if I live that long.)
• Advise and Consent needs to be updated to show the use of recess appointments and links to critical discussion of the history and impact of recess appts - for example, is there a tendency toward greater use of the tactic, or has it pretty much waxed and waned? What about the shortening duration of recesses where the tactic is employed? (is that real or perception?)

To Do's

• Environmental vegetarianism - page is poorly organized and seems to have suffered POV disputes. Regardless of POV, it could be better structured. Take a look at this and see if I can improve it.
• add legislation to John McCain page
• make corrections to the legislation subpage of the John Kerry article
• add the other 2 4/4/07 recess appointments - Susan Dudley and ?
