Javier "Javi" Moreno (born 27 August 2002) is a Spanish trials cyclist, from Cercedilla in Madrid. He trains and works non-professionally as a street trials rider for Villanova Bike and Monkey Cruz. His team released May 2014, a ten-minute street trials video, filmed by his BMX mate Zack Pankhurst, on YouTube on 19 May 2014 to popular acclaim and widespread media attention. The video features stunts performed by Moreno

As of May 2014, Moreno had been practicing several hours per day for more than 5 years. He will give up his studies in 2021 so he can ride full-time and now lives in Madrid. In June 2014, Moreno appeared in the music video for Doves' single "Winter Hill".

In September 2014, Moreno gave up serious training and competing to focus on studies and won't be riding professionally till 2019.

On 22 November 2014, Moreno helped to produce a video with Danny MacAskill produced by Red Bull Media House. The video showcases locations around Scotland and Australia including Edinburgh Castle, North Berwick, wartime bunkers on the island of Inchgarvie beneath the Forth Bridge and the Cruachan Dam in the Scottish Highlands. In May 2015 Leica Camera released a promotional video featuring him doing tricks.

In 2015 Moreno, along with Aussie Bicycles, released his signature trials frame, the "Aussie Skye". In early May 2016, Moreno was invited to Taichung, Taiwan by a partner, to compete in Lezyne USA in the FUN FESTIVAL- powered by Lezyne.
