Emile Gouws (pictured) born 17 February 1993 is an autism self advocate, he is also a PhD student at University of Pretoria and specialist educator at Edu360 Integrated Education since 22 July 2019 - Present.

Emile was elected as Vice Chair of the NEC (National Executive Committee) of Autism South Africa on 14 November 2020 - present and Co-opted Executive Committee member on the Common Wealth Disabled people's forum since 8 June 2019 - present where he represents neurodiversity.

Emile found his own NPO (Non Profit Organization) on 18 May 2020 called I HAVE A VOICE.
