Land is a 2010 Canadian documentary film written and directed by Julian T. Pinder about American land developer exploitation of property in Nicaragua.

Plot[edit]

The film explores the conflict between expatriates and locals over land rights in a small Nicaraguan community prior to the 2006 general election,^[1]
