Lloyd Wood is a Chartered Engineer who holds a PhD in satellite networking from the University of Surrey.

While working for Cisco Systems Lloyd has been involved with Surrey Satellite Technology Ltd and their Disaster Monitoring Constellation, with the launch and testing of the CLEO Cisco router in Low Earth Orbit and the first in-space tests of IPv6 and the Interplanetary Internet onboard the UK-DMC satellite.

Lloyd was at school with MJ Hibbett for far too long.
