Biography[edit]

Michael Bruce first took to the stage in the Scottish National Ballet’s production of the Nutcracker, following which he became Highland Dancing Scottish Champion. Michael then went on to play table tennis for Scotland at an international level, following which he was accepted to LIPA to study as a singer/songwriter. Whilst at LIPA, Michael developed an aptitude for composing, and on graduating worked extensively as a composer and musical director in London, Liverpool, Edinburgh and Lincoln.

Michael entered and won the prestigious Notes from the Stage competition, run by Notes From New York and The Stage, following which his work has been performed as part of Christmas in New York at the Trafalgar Studios, the Lyric Theatre and the Prince of Wales Theatre. In 2009, Michael musically directed and performed in a concert presentation of his work at the Apollo Theatre, featuring a cast of prolific West End talent.

The album was launched with a live concert on Sunday 20 March [year] at the opulent and prestigious Delfont Room at the West End’s Prince of Wales Theatre.
