Jordan Anderson (born 12 October 2001) is a Scottish footballer who plays for Leeds United F.C.. He has previously played for Hearts and Edinburgh City.[1]

Career[edit]

In August 2017, Allan made his debut for Scottish club Edinburgh City as a substitute against Annan Athletic in a 2–0 defeat. He would then hit the ground running for the Edinburgh side scoring 18 goals in Scottish League 2, an impressive feat for a 16 year old.

In May 2018, Allan signed for Heart of Midlothian for an undisclosed fee.


Anderson left Hearts at the end of the 2018–19 season for English Side Leeds United. Since signing for Leeds, Anderson is the latest teenage prospect exciting the coaching staff at Elland Road. The 18-year-old forward has already got four appearances for the Under 23 team under his belt, three as a sub, after first breaking through in May.

Marcelo Bielsa has high hopes for the gifted striker who is looking likely to be Scotland's next big thing.
