From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Hello, I'm a knowledge mobilization specialist living in Saskatoon, Canada. I am a professional librarian and I contribute in English.

My interests include facilitating trustworthy information for natural resources management and nature conservation, effective approaches in research communication, and working towards knowledge equity. I am currently working on mobilizing knowledge for a large science research network to help the findings of its publicly-funded research to reach potential users both within and beyond academia. Contributing to Wikipedia is something I want to encourage as part of my role as a knowledge mobilization specialist. My objective in editing Wikipedia is linking new knowledge to relevant issues and training researchers – in particular, Highly Qualified Personnel – in collaboratively sharing and improving the expression of knowledge through practice.

Conflict of interest[edit]

As an employee at the Global Institute for Water Security, University of Saskatchewan, I will not make any edits that would not be beneficial to the goals of Wikipedia. I will modify my editing behaviour based on problems cited by other editors or if my editing conflicts with other Wikipedia guidelines.
