Tavultesoft KeymanWeb is an online virtual keyboard tool that integrates into Wikipedia so you can do edits and searches without needing to install a keyboard on the computer you are using.

System requirements[edit]

  • Browser: Firefox 1.5 or higher, Mozilla 1.3 or higher, SeaMonkey, WebKit, Google Chrome, Safari or Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher
  • A user account on the wiki where you want to use KeymanWeb
  • A screen resolution higher than 1024×768 is recommended in order to view the on screen keyboard in a useful size

Installation[edit]

To install KeymanWeb into en.wikipedia.org, add the following line to your common.js:

To install KeymanWeb into your user profile for other languages in Wikipedia, add the following line to the monobook.js for that language:

Note that this script loads resources from the KeymanWeb Subscription Server at http://r.keymanweb.com/ which is owned by Tavultesoft. If this is a concern to you, please do not use this script.
