Labour has won the local elections this year!

Liberal Democrats finished second in the local elections for the first time since 2009, however, in the popular vote, Labour finished 34% in the vote, Conservatives still polling at 25%, which Liberal Democrats only finished 17%, thus, Conservatives finished second, and Liberal Democrats at third in the popular vote, the next election i'm covering next will be the European elections in June!

Labour remains first in the local elections for third year in a row, Liberal Democrats finished second in the polls, but they finished third in the popular vote.
