I think that the information in Wikipedia should be approached with caution as it is not always accurate. When I feel it is necessary, I make corrections on topics that I know something about.

My interests are in things from Newfoundland and Ireland and Canada, and Canadian broadcasting. I enjoy correcting fiddly details.

I am interested in some things that are pretty obscure, which is why I have on my talk page a few articles marked for speedy deletion. I feel vindicated in that a few of these articles have been revived and still exist. In my opinion, Wikipedia has a core of editors that are very quick to delete articles that they know nothing about, which works against the whole idea of a community-edited site.
