Wulan LIDA, better known as Wulan Permata (born 15 November 2004) is an Indonesian singer . Wulan is widely known for her participation in the dangdut singing competition, the 2020 Indonesian Dangdut League representing Banten Province and winning the Top 4 position in the 2020 Liga Dangdut Indonesia.

Wulan Permata or known as Wulan Lida is a woman born in Pandeglang who has been pursuing singing since she was 5 years old. At that time, Wulan had time to sing from stage to stage for a sincere fee. Wulan comes from a simple family, her father works as a mobile accessories seller. Wulan became the backbone of the family to meet the needs of her singing sweat.

Wulan Permata has indeed had dreams of becoming a dangdut singer since she was little. At her young age, in 2018 Wulan was a contestant on the MNCTV DMD Sparkle, but her desire to become Indonesia's top dangdut singer made her not discouraged.
In 2019, with determination and faith, Wulan auditioned for the 2020 Indonesian Dangdut League (season three) on Indosiar. Before auditioning for the talent search event, Wulan had the ups and downs of life that were so hard for her to go through. Since the audition process, Wulan had already caught the attention of the jury at that time. Wulan has managed to get rid of thousands of participants and is ready to represent Banten province in the event, up to Top 4 in Lida 2020.
Successfully qualifying for the Top 4 Lida 2020 is Wulan's hope to become an Indonesian dangdut singer. Wulan became the first ambassador to appear at the Result Top 4 Lida 2020 concert. Wulan, who collaborated with Inul Daratista, performed the song Madu Tuba, which managed to amaze the judges at that time. But unfortunately at that time Wulan had to stop his steps to advance to the 2020 LIDA Top 3. Wulan had to stop her steps to advance to Top 3 LIDA 2020. He was eliminated because he got the lowest poll. However, Wulan expressed her gratitude for being able to advance to the Top 4. This became a widespread achievement for him.
