A deletion review was initiated because the closing administrator did not state

I think that DRV is a very problematic one, because almost all the participants there seem to be endorsing the closing administrator's result, not because they endorsed his failure to explain himself, but simply because they agreed that a majority of the participants in the original had voiced "delete" -- and very few participants noted that the closing administrator neglected to leave any explanation whatsoever for their closure.

When I looked at the google cache of this article I saw that it had been adequately referenced.
