Greatest Hits is a compilation/cover album by Australian rock band Rock Shout City, released on June 24, 2008, the day of Mickey Diamond's mother's birthday.

The album contains four discs, with each disc containing covers selected by each member of the band. Mickey Diamond plays drums on all tracks, as well as singing lead vocals on several songs. It includes covers of many classic and modern bands who have influenced Rock Shout City over their 31-year career. Already, over 2 million copies have been sold worldwide.
