I've created a tedious new system that I want to use for evaluating RfA candidates. Generally, I'm not going to take the time to look so carefully at all RfA candidates. Those with 100 supports and no Opposes, it's not worth it to me to invest in spending time doing a detailed evaluation. Those that are wildly opposed, again, same story.
