Ed Mac-Eiffel Senam Biokou (born October 12th, 1994) also known by his stage name Grey Wolf, is a French performer, disc jockey and music producer. Initially from the twentieth district of Paris, he now lives in Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine, a city where he made his debut as a disc jockey when he was still in high school. Now he is one of the upcoming artists in the electronic music scene, alongside BCMP and Eric Spike, driven by his strong interest in Future House, Bass House and Drum and Bass.
Biography[edit]
Grey Wolf started his music career with his first track Alive in 2019, after he studied audio engineering. Already known for his performances as a DJ in his home town (Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine), he quickly conquered electronic music fans there. Later, the same year, he released a remix of Piece of Your Heart by Meduza and Goodboys, which was featured in numerous videos on Tiktok and thus counted hundreds of thousands of views. Even-though his remix was unofficial, it gave him the opportunity to play in some Parisian pubs and nightclubs.
In 2020, Grey Wolf writes, composes and performs a song : For Floyd (I can't Breathe)[1] in tribute to George Floyd, who was murdered by a police officer in the United States.
Grey Wolf signs in 2022 on Generation Hex (sub label of Dutch label Hexagon founded by Don Diablo), the track Feel It[2][3][4] by Siks and HDN, released in April 2022 where he performs as a singer alongside Wolfgang Valbrun.
Grey released in November 2022, his Bass House edit of Billie Eilish[5] , a song originally performed by Armani White, a US rapper.
Although Grey Wolf's involvement in music is deep, he also shows interest in cinema through his participation in short films and documentaries as a speaker and/or audio engineer, in particular La Patinoire de Chemetov[6] or NSMALLSTARS: A la conquête des USA[7] which are films respectively produced by the Latoileblanche [8]and Punica[9], nonprofit organizations.
