I'm an undergraduate student at the University of Oxford. I've used Wikipedia for over a decade and cannot possibly quantify how useful it has been as an information resource. Therefore - as a small gesture of my gratitude - whenever I read a Wikipedia page with an ambiguous or unclear passage and I decide, for the purpose of my own research, to seek clarification of that passage elsewhere I will generally also rewrite and refine the passage on the Wikipedia page, hopefully to the benefit of future Wikipedia readers.
