Decepticon is a new wikipedian who currently plans to devote himself to expanding semi-obscure geographical stubs and whatever tangents they may lead him on. As a sometime resident of the United Kingdom, Canada, the United States and Australia (all part of the "Anglosphere") he will focus on stubs in these national territories.
