Alternate accounts and security[edit]
I have one alternate account, User:Curbon8. This account doubles as my WP:PUBLICSOCK and as a WP:TECHALT for WP:Stub sorting, the latter allowing my main account's contributions to remain fully transparent and relevant.
As I have several advanced permissions, I already have 2FA active on Curbon7 through the global 2FA tester right ([1]).
In January 2021, prior to receiving 2FA, my account was compromised and blocked before a single edit could be made. After regaining control of my account thanks to steward NahidSultan, I now use a very strong password and have had 2FA activated.
Paid editing[edit]
I have not and will never edit for money.
Conflicts-of-interests[edit]
I am employed by the International Spy Museum in Washington, D.C. I will not make any edit to that article, nor any article associated with the museum or its people.
The following list is of people I personally know or have known who have either Wikipedia articles or Wikidata entries. One of these people is a distant relative who shares my surname, though I've only met this relative a few times. For the sake of full transparency, I will not make any edit to any of these articles:
