Hello. I am a copy editor by trade with interests in old and classic movies (especially noir and French film), photography, art deco and colonial American history. I discovered Wikipedia only this year but have more than 300 edits to my name, though most so far have been of the proofreading sort. I have contributed only a couple of original articles so far but plan to do more in my various areas of interest. I hope to contribute more in areas in which Wikipedia is lacking, such as literature and history, rather than just add to its mountain of videogame trivia and the like. I'm also dedicated to using my professional skills to improve any article I read, even if only in little ways. Hopefully, this page will grow fancier as I learn how to do so!
