My User name is Awahnee. I am a Yosemite-Mono Lake Paiute. I am going to post some text and photos of Yosemite Mono Lake Indian people. I hope you enjoy.

Yosemite-Mono Lake Paiute chief Captain John. Captain John was the son of older Captain John and was also known as Poko Tucket and other names. He was a great historic chief of Yosemite and Mono Lake.
