Louise Elisa Neckbecker (or Neibecker, née Keinerknecht) (1843 - after 1883) was a trim-maker and a communard who was captain of the Federated Legion of Women during the Paris Commune.[1]

She was born in Lay-Saint-Christophe.[2] During the Commune, she lived at 21 rue de la Croix-Rouge.[2] Her husband, Hermès Henri Neibecker, had died in prison on 6 January 1871; according to the police, she worked as a prostitute after being widowed.[1] In addition to her role as captain of the Federated Legion of Women, she frequently attended political clubs at St-Eloi in the 12th arrondissement and St-Bernard in the 13th arrondissement.[1] During Semaine sanglante, on 24 and 25 May, she attended to the ambulance at rue de Charenton, in the 12th arrondissement.[1] For her role in the Commune, on 8 April 1872 the 26th Court Martial sentenced her to five years in prison and ten years of surveillance.[2] She is one of only four women known with certainty to have been members of the Federated Legion of women.[3]

She had three children. She remarried, to Henry Deserdelle, at Nancy on 30 June 1883.[1]
