Running issues:

  • Removal of comments at user talk page / violation of request not to post. O seems to battle on this. User talk page guidelines were clear by then, at guideline, but that is never discussed. Did anyone point out O was wrong or comment on her charges? Seems like an ANI failing not to have done so.
  • S highly involved, should not be tending admin noticeboard discussions, especially ones he opened. Never noted by anyone but me? No judgment ever?
  • Rush to open admin noticeboard discussions, without Talk first. Most of S-opened ones?
  • Naming of discussions and cases: inflammatory. E.g. "doncram at it again", on Mauch Chunk. Later achieved naming of arbcom case. Arbcom absurdity about naming. Arbcom has since changed its naming practices mostly? Is there an explicit guideline for them, however? Can others set guidelines for ARBcom where, how.
  • Another naming issue is repetition of exact same names. Especially N? Deliberate probably for pointy effect, but confusing.
  • Expansion of discussions: amounts to abuse of ANI which is for individual incidents: O especially, and N, and S, making new charges when original incident turns out poorly for them. E.g. O saying just because Mauch Chunk is settled, S surely meant other issues in "doncram at it again", to justify expansion.
  • Personalization: S claiming it is right to personalize, explicitly, in Mauch Chunk one!
  • NPA hypocrisy / abuse of civility.
  • S unwillingness to answer questions, to explain. I really had questions that I stated in RFA, with mu response. E.g. not answering at wp:AN posting for closure. Seems like arrogance and highly inappropriate for an admin.
  • Battleground mentality
  • N impervious to feedback, e.g. about quotes. N splitting discussions at N talk page & elsewhere. N not answering at wt:nrhp, and forum-shopping elsewhere.
  • N ownership on OH and IN areas. Metal houses. Use of admin tools to achieve own wishes.
  • Quotes issue: O, N just wrong imho. O charges, falsely and knowing so, of plagiarism. N not understand copyright. Training/workshop on copyright?
  • P: spi during 2010 or later?
  • Masons: mediation during 2010?
  • Overall pattern of following and bullying of the jab-the-stick variety, are not condemned, anywhere really? jab with stick effect noted in Mauch Chunk one, taunting noted in another noted above. ARBcom says an RFC is needed maybe, but does it condemn the following and jabbing? Arbcom only recognizes involved block because S explicitly acknowledged, is that right? When has bullying ever been judged wrong by ARBCOM, ever?
  • Maybe it is nature of evidence accepted/dismissed, requirement of diffs, at ARBCOM. How document, does editor interaction analyzer allow. note analyzer apparently has time limit, not stated, no way to reconstruct now? can one set it for a limited time range? could analyzer generate permanent reports. what about deleted articles.
  • Overall pattern of mobbing at ANI etc., never really condemned? Expansions mildly questioned sometimes at best? No condemnation of admin behavior at ANI itself, and of pattern of it.
  • Rotation of enforcers, self-appointment
  • Admins not doing job at 3rr. Need code of best practices, and for that to include coming to judgement on fault, not just on whether to impose a block or other action or not.
  • Prevention fallacy; punishment, consequences, and surely at least documentation, creation of usable evidence for arbcom wikitrials.
  • Counsel needed really, not allowed. Self-selection those interested in drama and ANI obscureness stay in.
  • Admins not doing job at ANI. Need code of best practices, including about undue delight in boomerang, and in expanding/adding new charges. "Anything and all can be questioned" vs. keep it focused.
  • conflict between editors favoring quantity vs. quality, and Rambot in past (at JW help! )
