Hefei University of Technology should belong to National, not Provincial. It's a university of MOE (and historically, Ministry of the First Machinery), and majority of its students are from other provinces. That distinguishes it from other provincial schools, such as Anhui University. Baojie (talk) 18:19, 21 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
