improvement suggestions[edit]

The current map does not link to all of the communities that lie along the line, it misspells Campbell Hall, and misrepresents the line relative positions of Campbell Hall and Maybrook. I think that the map at historic Patterson implies that "Holmes" and "West Patterson" are but one station, not two distinct ones. The current map does not show why the NYNH&H would be interested in a freight line from Derby to Maybrook, the answer being the New Haven and Derby line that offered a connection to the city of New Haven. Hence I'd like to suggest the following map as an improvement of the current one: 67.84.27.8 (talk) 10:18, 4 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
