Fractional offset[edit]
Using "7.5" or other fractional digits does not work. "7" works perfectly well. Can anyone fix it, please?--31.17.153.216 (talk) 04:06, 22 March 2015 (UTC)

DST parameter not working, and font too small[edit]
- The DST parameter is not working. My time displays one hour later than my actual local time.
- The template renders a font one size smaller than my default font size.
- About the LOCALTIME template: It displays UTC time instead of local time.
