Inquiry[edit]

Does anyone know how this template could be expanded so that 7 categories could be disambiguated on the same template? Right now it is limited to 5 only. I tried just adding another level of parameters (11&12) in the same pattern as the other lines of code to bump it up to 6, but it didn't work. I also tried adding two more pair of parameters (11–14) to bump it to 7, but it also didn't work. It's entirely possible I'm doing something wrong and that this should be very easy. The 7 levels are needed for Category:Victoria. Good Ol’factory (talk) 04:28, 5 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks. I had my ]]s and }}s crossed. Good Ol’factory (talk) 04:41, 5 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Expansion[edit]

What this template really needs is for the code to be re-jiggered so that people can use as many or as few alternatives as they need, and it will automatically expand to suit. I'd have done it months ago, only I don't know how. Anybody? —Paul A (talk) 04:01, 28 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

It can't be done. Hesperian 05:06, 28 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
