I think we should add some stuff to the list.

[edit]

_____We should add safety to the list because, technically it is a important part of the station, without it anything can happen in the station. There are information telecoms on platforms (those new machine like things they are adding on platforms now in every station. There are also, some chains and ropes at platform edges in some parts of the station like at the inner and outer loops of the Staten Island ferry station. Also, there are some stations the have sprinkler systems like the Columbus circle station. Also, almost all the stations have emergency exit doors and fire alarms also. Also, there are rail guarding preventing people to enter some platforms at Columbus circle subway station. There are many other safety things on subway stations in the New York City subway system, and that is why I am suggesting of adding the safety parameter.

_____Another parameter we should add is if the station has moving platform edges like at the inner and outer loops of the Staten island ferry station, or the 4,5, and 6 train city hall station.

_____Lastly, there should be a parameter to tell if the station is served by either IND/BMT/BRT train service. Doorknob747 (talk) 15:25, 15 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
