The IP has not been blocked at least 5 times, 1 of which must be recently,
The IP is a suspected sockpuppet, please consider going to the Sockpuppet investigations noticeboard instead, and
The report relates to repeated abuse from a user/users, such reports go to the Long-term abuse noticeboard .
